Okay, I'm trying to understand their distorted logic that we're all replaceable, and that's why they don't value us. However, it is not clear to me why customers are not important to them either.
I don’t know what kind of information they have at the top, but customers are increasingly dissatisfied. Instead of doing everything to make customers as satisfied as possible, Verizon is doing the opposite. Unbelievable. Maybe they don't care about customers anymore?

They don't care about the customer. It's all about bleeding the customer's pockets for everything that they can. They're disgusting.
“They do care about the customer which is the shareholder“
Losing billions on AOL, Yahoo, Huffington Post and a bunch of other obsolete or worthless brands sure had helped the customer or shareholder or whatever you wan’t to call them.
Verizon sure doesn’t like its customers or consumers, that’s for sure.
With only 3 wireless providers in the country, why should Verizon care about the consumer or employees? Stock buybacks and dividends matter.
They do care about the customer which is the shareholder. What you're talking about is the consumer, no they don't care about them.
They have never cared about the customer….
Its all about 5G sir
