try having a store manager who asks STM's to come in early, then calls out herself leaving the STM's to do all the work. You can't make this stuff up.

we had a store manager who would leave everyday promptly at 4:30. no matter how much work had to be done. well, come to find out she was working a night job as a bartender. needless to say, she is no longer with Belk.

Bless their heart. I guess it’s was a stomach flu that came on when they had to do recovery or floor moves.
