My Career re-imagined "career planner" section tells me that the next step in my career is 5 grades lower than current position. A complete joke.
There is someone that is in client activation with the name LO that I think was recently hired. It is really crazy as the person that hired fake LO was someone that real LO brought in from......JPMorgan back in 2019.
There are so many vacancies that HR can't work them all, so some are being removed until there is capacity in HR.
Anyone in GOT division logged onto My Career Reimagined? Laughable, a number of vacancies still showing under Lester Owens. That's a career I certainly didn't imagine.
No vision leads to improper hiring. They are shocked to see so many attritions during pandemic and even if they hire such talents they are made to do mediocre processing level jobs which make these talented individuals leave the firm.
