Thread regarding JPMorgan Chase & Co. layoffs

Are you doing someone else's job?

More employees are needed because most people are overwhelmed with a lot of work. However, that's not what I'm talking about, what I'm talking about are the people who are there and who always somehow manage to pass their share of the work responsibilities to someone else. I certainly think it’s nice to help someone if you’re able to but some people just overdo it.

Was in this situation, i started looking on the weekends and found something new in 3mo. Felt good getting a fresh start, higher pay. When they start abusing its time to bail, don't hate, don't get angry, get even by leaving.
