Thread regarding Molina Healthcare Inc. layoffs

Hard work is OK, but even that is not enough for Molina

If you're already working hard, Molina wants you to work even harder, to squeeze people out completely. Is there a limit to how far they go? It is never enough for them.
The only thing they will achieve is to lose the best workers. I am very disappointed how much this company takes advantage of people who believe that their hard work will pay off and those who cannot find another option.

Unfortunately I have to agree with the comments in the prior posts. As a former tenured employee for the OHIO plan, the PIRR department's current management team including the recently promoted director need to be held accountable for their actions or lack of on a multitude of issues. The turn over rate for this department is high due to unrealistic goals and standards set by the management team. The lack of empathy displayed by the former manager now director was very disturbing to witness and experience as a team member. One of the many reasons why I CHOSE to leave the OHIO plan.
