More empty charge numbers. Is there any way to interpret this other than MoneyIn

It matters how it flows through to the financial numbers. This is how you "fudge the numbers" for accounting purposes and give the desired ratios for Wall Street analysts.
Supposedly to hit Q2 bottom line, which makes no sense whatsoever since they pay us regardless of what goes on our time sheet. All it does is delay progress, which we will undoubtedly be pressured to get back on track.
It's the same old parlor tricks. It's ALL ABOUT MAKING THE QUARTER.
