Anybody looking for a job these days will first make sure to check the company out on Glassdoor, Indeed and similar sites. Most of them know how to distinguish genuine reviews from the HR fluff and when they read what the employees have written, they are deciding to stay away. As much as I hate being understaffed I love that the company is finally feeling some consequences of its cr---y treatment of employees.

They hire them, give them hardly any hours and then they leave.
When the new hires start they usually last about 2 to 3 weeks and then They realize. We need you all to be doctors but we can only pay you to be janitors and no overtime
