When I got a job at T some 25 years ago it was my first choice and I remember being overjoyed that I got in. Today, T has morphed from the first choice for many college graduates to a last resort job. We used to be able to attract the best, now we're lucky if we get the middle of the pack. But I can't even blame the younger generations, this is all on T and its management. You get what you give, and this place hasn't been giving much for a long time.

you are the problem. you are old and tired. you haven't done a lick of work in 15yrs. your tech skills are non-existent. please quit, so other talented folks can be hired to take your place. i hear walmart is hiring greeters again!
Keep spending money on Accenture to advise you on how to run a communications company. Look at how well that's worked for you, signed T-Mobile LOL.

if you are not happy find a place where you will be happy. what does this have to do with where layoffs will be?
