I heard from a little bird that Cisco is not able to fulfill orders due to chip shortages because they changed suppliers instead of fostering relationships. HP is sucking up all of the business.

Is it DoD's JEDI awarded to Microsoft which was cancelled today ? I do not think Cisco has any significant play in it
Cisco is falling because market is falling. All sectors are down. Nothing specific to Cisco. What is JEDI?
