It’s not far from the truth that working here is just a little better than working at Walmart. I am paid a little better, but everything else is very similar. Verizon is on a downward spiral and there is no hope that it will ever be better here again.

Spoken like someone who has never worked at Walmart. Count your blessings, it could be a lot worse.
It was all Downhill after they added VZ India, the cheap Low Quality entity that basically ki---d the American Made advantage we had. Get rid of VZ India and Verizon may have a chance of becoming #1 again.

Retail is a dying model. They wouldn’t run it into the ground like they are currently doing if they had a future planned. #thankskrista
I don't know. I'll take my $46 an hour to fix copper lines. Pretty decent gig if you ask me. Oh the union side of course.
When Verizon Wireless merged with the union bloated old Telco Verizon Communications. That was the turning point into the sewer.
Ain’t that the truth. We’re just cashiers with no real incentive to even try to sell. Thanks Krista.
