IBM lawsuit out of Austin, shows secret emails.

The current Texas claim, Kinney et al v. International Business Machines Corporation, is being handled by some of the same attorneys in the Langley case and The Register understands that some previously unearthed executive communications could play a role in the latest litigation.

In the same email chain, an IBM Vice President admits that neglecting to at least make an effort to transfer at least a few of the soon-to-be-laid-off IBM employees will “blow a ho-e in our rhetoric."

They now create fake PIPs to get rid of older employees to try to fool the system and get around the RA focus on them. Problem is, they are PIPing their highest documented performers on the team, and leaving their lower paid (and younger) weak ones...

Lock them up!

Now, their tool of choice is PIP to get around the layoff documentation.

IBM has been doing this SH-T for years. The company is a disgrace!!!

Another round of IBM bu-----t bingo? How low can this - once a respected - company sink? Nothing surprises me anymore.

Job market is so hot yet the young people stay and complain?
Skills gap much youngsters? Tweeting and facebooking still?
Newsflash: both platforms are for oldies so you might be one.

I rare come across 'old' people at IBM any more. When I do, they are either senior executives or experts with critical knowledge. Ironically, the young hires have now gotten old and complains about younger people replacing them. Meanwhile, most old old people / experts are eager to walk and comfortably retire. Interesting times.
