What I resent the most about those at the top is their lack of direction. I would not dare to say that they are incompetent. They certainly are. However, they are not leaders. And leaders are exactly what BNY Mellon needs. Working under people who have no leadership skills at all makes everything a big struggle. I wonder if BNY Mellon will ever have real leadership, people with vision?

If they are supposed to be a leader and they can't lead, they are incompetent.
Their days are numbered and all they are left with bullying the Younger generation workforce who can do much much better.Look at the BNY Leadership team in Google it says, "A spirit of transformation and innovation has been in our DNA for 236 years and, now more than ever, we must continue to drive an aggressive agenda."Yes I would like to reiterate the word aggressive which they are and don't see anything transforming here rather going round in circles and coming back to the same old thing which we stopped for innovation because the old men in EC were too uncomfortable to adapt to the change.
