That article is bu-----t. That’s not what he said. People (me included) were really hurting a year ago. No one was listening to us. He didn’t say to respect people’s views. He simply said that people had this view and some reasonable people that he knew had this view. Then he followed the next sentence (not in the article) that others had a view that people were being lawless and in violation of the rule of law. This is why nothing changes. Jon Freier trying to connect with his employees, trying to understand us, and then has a bu-----t article written about him a year later for trying to do the right thing.

Anybody who works there has to realize, you can be a kiss a-s and move up, you can do the bare minimum and collect a decent pay, you can overachieve and maybe get promoted. You can just be average and be ok. It all doesn’t matter. It’s just a job. When it’s your time, it’s your time. If there is anything that makes sense, work to live, not live to work. Not here at least. Unless it’s your own business or you truly like what you do or truly brings value to society.

Is it virtual or in person. If it’s virtual your getting laid off. If it in person, your ok. They don’t do face to face layoffs any more. If they did, I would be just getting out of prison. Haha
