That is, since when do you not trust the leadership here? It is very difficult to work for a company where I constantly expect that those at the top will do everything to better themselves at the expense of ordinary employees. I don't trust them at all. Whatever they say is all one big wrapped up lie, in my opinion. Maybe someone else trusts them, but I can’t wait to get out of here.

I trust that there is a hard ceiling for Nike employees who want to work their way up the ladder to senior leadership. It's closed off to everyone but friends of the current regime.
