So the buyers aren't buying?
The company is running stores with around 40% less inventory than in 2019 at the same time of year. Our store has three floors and we don't have enough inventory to keep two of them filled. Customers are coming back to shop in California and we are getting hammered for not having inventory in our surveys but there's no one to ask for help. We are all out of summer goods and it's in the triple digits and no one can find anything for BTS in the store. Our DVP and and Visual lady just keep coming in and having us move stuff around and everyone is painting everywhere. We used to have contractors or facilities do the painting, now we have sales managers and high touch cleaning people painting. Its no surprise that we have had several injuries but now the inmates are running the asylum.
