What angers and worries me is that those at the top seem completely clueless what to do next with this company. I often wonder if they even want to make an improvement at all? What they are doing now is unsustainable, that is my opinion. This way it can only get worse here.

Speaking of air conditioning, our store in Sacramento can't even keep up with the heat wave and everyone is complaining. Doesn't look like the company can keep up with repairs since we spend all of our time talking our social issues in the store. You know what's a social issue, people sweating while they are shopping and the company refusing to turn on the air in the morning for the support teams.
always has been like that.. they sit in a air condition office playing on their phone and just make stuff up .. company will be gone in 1.5 years
