Thread regarding Molina Healthcare Inc. layoffs

Why is there so much insistence on returning to the office?

I don't understand it. Has it turned out that productivity is significantly worse when we work from home? I wouldn't say so. I worked from home more than ever.

What's the point then? Greater control? Their total disregard for our safety? I’m seriously considering changing jobs because I don’t want to be in the office.

Joe seems to really be with the times. Up with how all the new companies are running things and how employees like to work to be happy and successful. I think he will make the right decision. He is also a businessman first. All that rent is money down the drain.

I will do the same if they say go back. I know too many friends and family companies who have already told them they will not be returning to offices . Their companies made the call even before the concern of the Delta variant or their employees had to worry about science being right about the timelines of vaccines.
