I'm guessing cisco pays a salary so complain and be all entitled now to more if another company is getting it? So the usual crying because the neighbor has nicer toys....
Cisco gives out annual/bi-annual bonuses, depending on grade level, and they gave us 3 or 4 free days off last year ("A Day For Me"). Did MS do that? Stop your whining!
Microsoft gives out bonuses as part of their compensation plan, just like any other large tech company or FAANG. The most recent data I've found is that they pay an average of ~$15K, which assuming an average of 10% base pay means their average pay is $150K.
As to the 3 or 4 free days off last year, Cisco wouldn't have needed to do that if they hadn't been burning everyone out with more meetings at all hours of the morning or evening instead of limiting them to business hours for your time zone.
Even $1500 pre tax is a waste of time. That's why you develop a side gig and can earn that in a few hours or a simple task. Unless you are the top of the tree, you will be earning at best 250k but getting tax the maximum rate.

Well you can’t line the ELT’s pockets and pay the workers the $$ will eventually run out. Everyone at the top gets paid while those at the bottom get laid. No pun intended.
