Can't rule out the possibility, but it seems to me simply unbelievable that with the existing attrition there will be cuts as well? That would be too much.

Morale is never improving here. I know employees who aren’t even replying to customers any more. I just doubled my customer load and since my manager is a POS….I’m not reaching out to any of the new ones. Also took another job on the side while I’m working my day gig. Sc--w Oracle. They deserve what they get.
To be honest, The new business model, with its demands, will likely increase attrition, but they will still trim the 10% they don’t like.
Welcome to Corporate America. The layoffs will continue until morale improves.
