No company is ideal. It is impossible to achieve the ideal workplace - companies cannot offer all the benefits to meet the priorities of all employees.
However, what I noticed is that Molina no longer cares about the satisfaction and happiness of its employees, which would ultimately result in benefits for employees (who are more productive and have more motivation), and therefore for the company as well.

Prior to Project Nickel/July 2017 Molina was as a company was a good employer. Afterwards the company as a whole has steadily gone downhill.
it is hit and miss....as in....the left hand wants to hit it out of the park and give all it can to its employees, but, the right hand is the production and business needs, which will ALWAYS miss employee mental health.
No no Joe said that’s what he wants for us hahaha … happiness and success!
