I resigned a few months ago..on my last internal call...once I announced my leave-- I received immediate congrats" from 5 managers attending the call..2 VP..3 sales director level...I could tell they were all stuck for that pay check... nobody even pretended that best is yet to come.@#$%&.. So pathetic..

It would be very awkward for people not to congratulate you when you tell them you've resigned and taken another position.
Haven't we heard this story here before?
