More layoffs and now the company is starting these quarterly check-ins so now I get reminded each quarter why there are no growth opportunities for existing resources yet the continue to hire externally for higher level positions. While the recognition ecards are nice, put it in my paycheck and stop the overreliance on your strong performers and start holding poor performers accountable. Too many people shuffled around when they should be shown the door.

Finally seeing signs of cutting the dead weight which is great and long overdue but now they're using pricey consultants who have no real accountability.
A bunch of ITS staff was laid off about 4 weeks ago.
Agree 1000000000% they need to start cutting loose the poor performing staff but HR demands so much paperwork and daily monitoring that 0.000001% are actually cut.
As for eCards! Show me the money.
