i see a lot of unhappy people on these threads and i wanted to see what keeps them at at&t... the job market is fairly robust right now and i'd imagine that each of us should be able to find a different job... what keeps you here?

Tech companies dont hire workers over 35. For ATT lifers staying is better than starving although its still miserable.
I am an ASM in retail. It’s honestly just the money. It is an absolutely miserable position, though. The stress levels are not healthy at all and upper leadership does not care about you, big surprise right?
I have applied outside of the T and haven’t heard much back. I have a good looking resume. I can’t seem to find anything that pays me what I make. Any ideas? Lol
I’ve also applied inside of the T for positions outside of retail. I feel like I have a better chance of winning the lottery at this point
