Big EISP is coming to the Potomac region by the end of year. CST...OPT...Service tech title's.
In the Operations department, OT was off the table way before the VSP. Only way to get it was for On Call or Capital projects when it was getting towards the of the month so Project Management could hit goal.

I drove my bucket truck into a ditch again after spending lunch at the bar. Time to go back out on disability and come here begging for an EISP everyday.
Despite their claims of “too much work to offer an EIPP this year”, there is no work.
Their reason for no OT, is that there is no work necessary to spend extra on.
This company... not even a shadow of itself. Can you imagine how the non union employees are screwed? Must be epic.

How do you cut back from nothing? They've only been working what they have to work, and not even all of that. A lot of stuff sits til the next day.
