I don’t know how much to believe those stories or not, but I’ve heard that Allstate continues to harass some employees even after they leave the company. It’s hard for me to believe that, but nothing would be too weird here. Has anyone had such an experience, to be called months after you quit?

I haven’t been bugged yet… but I’ve already sent my equipment back and such.. I hope my last pay was accurate to. So we will see
I received letters I was being sent to collections cause they overpaid me. So I got punished cause they screwed up. It’s a bad company. My advice to ya, keep 1-2 grand with you after you leave to get to give back to Allstate as exit payment lol
I am still there and a couple of months ago they threaten to withhold some income claiming they overpaid me for vent pay back in January. The email had the wrong dates in for Event Pay that I worked and they never bothered to take any money out. I challeneged it and they never did it. To me: If I had made an error on my pay roll (ie marked a day as Event pay in Work Flow hub but never worked it) that is fine. But to me, if they made the mistake then it's not my fault and I shouldn't be punished.
Still getting collection letters regarding overpayment on my final payroll deposit. Have asked for supporting documentation with no response. My understanding is once payroll has been deposited w/tax and all other deductions I am no longer liable for mistakes "If any" were made.
Well they did send numerous threatening letters regarding returning my equipment after I was laid off. The letters threatened me with charges with my local police if I did not return the equipment and then I received two phone calls continuing the threats. The thing about it was I had to request four times to have boxes and labels shipped to me before I would return everything. They had no problems mailing the awful letters to my home threatening me as if I was one of America's Most Wanted but they could get boxes and shipping labels to me. I actually considered harassment charges against the company but they don't care and wasn't worth the legal expenses on my end.
