There are so many opportunities out there nowadays. BOA is the biggest shilthole bank in the world. You get low pay, shiltty management, and no respect for your life and health.

yup. Going to WF for more pay, others just plain ole retiring, or leaving to reconsider their life priorities with what's happened this last year.
my area lost 3 people in the last month. A team of 9 is down 3 now. All going outside.
