They have a survey for "how was your separation experience?". Nothing is anonymous.
I don’t respond to any surveys. Period.
Do they ask the laid off employees to respond to that? I can't imagine why they would do that.
I question if the surveys are truly anonymous. You are given a unique hyperlink to complete the surveys.
Be careful. There is no such thing as an "anonymous" survey. If you are too negative in your responses, it will be noted in your file that you are not a 'team player'.
