So, the dude with the mustache had the best question, from a claims standpoint. But Brandt didn’t answer the question. He said nothing about morale or how they are trying to stop the bleeding. He said that they’re trying to hire more people and he slipped in the “offloading” work to India at the very end.
The only person who spoke in plain English and gave a straightforward answer was the gentleman who answered the question about whether blue intends to eliminate exclusive agents/agencies.
Everyone else speaks in corporate word salad/jargon. Wilson ended thing by basically saying lean in to that employability/employment journey in case your job “goes away”.
To the last post. I know this may shock you but I was actually working during the meeting! Not sure if you took PTO to attend the meeting but I save my PTO for time off and vacation
