That is my opinion and every day here I am more and more convinced of it. I’ve worked at two companies where management has also made people miserable, but nowhere is this such an alarming problem as here. If anyone thinks there is a company in the industry with poorer management, I would like to know what it is?

not the employEE ...
As for the steak cutters, Finch is proving just as incapable as her predecessor at running a competent HR function and just as capable in lining her own pockets.
You know HR is for the benefit of the company not the employer. The sooner you all understand that the better
The execs are woeful. Saying they are poor is an understatement. You know. Right. I mean the d-mb sh*t that Mikey 2 says. You know. If you don't like it - leave. Right. You know.
Our local ANZ d_mb f*ck, sorry president, is on the same lines. I dunno why dem people complain - they should sell more. Wat you sold today? Why you no out selling?
Mikey 2 looks like Jim Carrey and acts d-mber and d-mber. Only smart thing has been to cozy up to Deutsche Bank, probably on the promise of some spin off work, and get an analyst to repeat the corporate BS without any analysis.
Seelaan is a toad - repulsive and poisonous. He is only kept on to make up a quota. Testament to Mikey's 2 ability to identify talent.

The weird thing is this. Mike S was an extremely successful leader at Exult, then at Accenture. He was also an extremely successful leader at Carrick.
So why isn't it working at DXC? He's brought in other decent people who've had successful careers elsewhere, yet DXC is still a crock of isht. I left DXC in 2020 after realising that it wasn't changing, and I can only assume that the core problem exists in local management teams who don't want to change, won't change, and don't give a single isht about anyone as long as they can continue their relatively easy lives.
Carillion: it went down in flames. Look it up.
I’m writing a case study about csc/DXC, titled How to di-k employees, Fu-k a company, and still get paid millions: the tale of the two Mike’s and their steak cutters.
