Ok so, I LIKE my team and LOVE the work I do here. I have seen a lot of growth in myself over the years. Stressful, yes but since remote I got the work life balance I am okay with. What alternatives do I have to continue working for the company. I don’t think I’m senior enough to qualify for FT. Might have to join those Indian companies as SOW, which I don’t prefer. Clocks ticking. Please advise.

It’s all relative. Anything is better than working in India for many of these caste driven individuals. An H1B visa makes it all the worthwhile of putting up with a sh---y company like Verizon, which many US citizens would reject in a heartbeat. Heck, precisely hiring so many incompetent ppl from India is what makes this place even shittier.
@4rjz+1bXrt3X0 doing less and less of T&Ms? What dept are you in? There are T&Ms all over IT.
There has not been any FT for H1Bs , you can be on sow but getting converted odds would dip even lower , I would suggest work else where for a year and then come back on TnM , but they are doing less and less of TnMs and very rarely does one come back, frankly it’s just better elsewhere.
