Thread regarding Hertz layoffs

Who can save our company?

Experts with the knowledge and the ability to help this company would never be allowed to come here simply because all the incompetence that was allowed would be exposed! We’ve endured layoffs and bankruptcy and lies. Experts would do away with some of our worthless policies and the layers of management that have done nothing but micromanage. What we need are experts who have real-world hands-on experience and work skills because as it stands we have none of that in our Executive Leadership.

That is the Hertz way create more useless SVP roles to suck up to the CEO. Nothing new here. Operations will continue to suffer and the wanna be's RVP's keep trying harder.

JD Powers third wave in. Tied for 4th and falling. All focus on Hertz. Dollar and Thrifty miles behind and no mention of their dismal result in the latest CEO deck. “We won’t give up” the slide notes say. If Budget has a good 4th wave, our three brands will be 6th, 7th and 8th out of 8. Somehow I think we won’t be singing “Sweet Caroline” this year. Thank the Lord for Jeff Adams appointment, he will save us.

We have been saved! The powers that be have created a new position called the Transformation Management Office. ANOTHER SVP has been named to lead the new department. In this new role they will provide critical oversight and management of all of Hertz’s transformation initiatives!
