I understand that RJ is once again bringing in contractors. I wonder if it is due to the bad morale and the fact that nobody wants to work for this company. This morning there were 391 open positions. Paul and his minions created this catastrophe. Paul should insist his HR reach out to every person let go last September and try to bring them back. Bet very few would go back. I know I won't.

I've stayed in touch with an employment agency just to keep my toes in the water. He told me that they now stay away from anything RJ. The hoops they have to jump thru just to be on the HR approved list just isn't worth it to them.
Love watching my job posted on the RJ site over and over again. Love seeing nearly 400 open positions. Love how there is no more "want to work at RJ" professionals. Love how the only way IT is getting things done is to bring in contractors and very high rates. Who thinks Paul has some regrets? I am happy to be gone.
just looked at the RJ site. 398 job postings. wow, nobody wants to work for them.
If you have been monitoring the RJ career site the numbers are staggering. Wonder why....? Oh I know, nobody trusts RJ anymore.
