When will TR learn to be nimble through process leadership?

Says a lot about a company's culture when it allegedly offers bonuses to those doing the RIFing.
Word on street is that another layoff announcement coming this week
The flip side of this is that officers will receive bonuses for "saving" so much on labor costs.
Leadership, or lack thereof, is the problem.

This company clearly needs to learn to lead or leave.
