There are hundreds of jobs available, particularly if you are young and lack any real experience! Where else can you go and get paid more than the guy next to you with seven years experience, and several Oracle certifications!
Get on board, grab some experience, improve your resume, and the leap to a good job in 18 months!

That’s what makes me laugh. They actually think they’re doing an important job. They approve timesheets and vacation. They definitely have rat children.
My manager and his manager and my director and my VP are all competent enough to be Walmart greeters.
I was trying to picture the 3 managers I worked with as successful Wallmart greeters and I just can't do it.
I expect they would smile to the customers and then stick there foot out to trip them. Then, they would fake apologize and trip them again when they got back up.
They were all sc-m, they could not be successful even at Wallmart and they are successful at Oracle only on the surface, as in, they can go home to a family who knows nothing about what they do and pretend they are doing some kind of work. The other management at work, knows what garbage they are, as they are all garbage also. Garbage knows garbage.
What a horrible place to work. Don't get suckered in. Get out and stay out.

Realignment has created a ton of promotions and off shore jobs!
Oracle is a waste of your time.
While you're at it, get certified for free and go on your merry way to the green pastures :)
