Well they are back wasting monies for employees to do survey on store managers! What a WASTE! Not one thing happens. Not one damn thing! And they wont employees to be HONEST! Lmao, on a company computer and email and be honest in responce! Geeze.. they still stupid!

If you want to aggravate them more, then don’t do them. Apathy gets under their skin more than being disgruntled.
Quit filling out surveys years ago after figuring out they are NOT anonymous and nothing will change. Just got one this week asking to evaluate my 1st line. Isn’t that the 2nd lines responsibility?
I finally figured out that these surveys are designed to identify and weed out pockets of dissent.
My org had years of bad employee surveys, they shuffled things around in response, but nothing really changed. Finally they decided the employees were the problem and eliminated a group of about 25 people who they thought were the problem and outsourced the work.
Problem solved.
Moral of the story is, give all 5's on any survey, eventually, the problem managers get promoted out, but you keep your job. Don't worry about them getting rewarded for incompetence, once they go, they're someone else's problem.
