Why do some say that today it is no longer possible to build a career at Oracle and that no one should hope to succeed at it here anymore? The company has things to complain about, like any other company after all, but I would love to stay here for years to come. I find it hard to accept that mantra that ‘hard work doesn’t pay off’.

Building a career at Oracle
I just read the title and started laughing. Good one. LOL
Hard work doesn’t matter at all here. Kissing a$$, being a liar, sucking up, and cr-app-being on your colleagues does.
Anyone who is content with orah0le is obviously a loser.
"I'm guessing your skills aren't very marketable outside oracle. Just sayin' "
You're a du----s (Just sayin')
but I would love to stay here for years to come
If this is actually true then I'm guessing your skills aren't very marketable outside oracle. Just sayin'
At Oracle, brown nosing and back stabbing pays off. hard work? Not so much. I also will tell you to make sure your pay is low because the high blade of grass is always cut first by the Oracle lawnmower.
