Leadership here believes they can treat employees any way they want. We have to deal with intimidation and bullying every day in addition to being lied to and thrown under the bus when they need to cover their backs. It's truly shameful what's being done here with no repercussions.

Remember HR works for the company not the workers.
And I am sure they keep a list of people who come to them with complaints which latter on is used during the lay off period.
The only time HR gets involved is when the worker has a legitimate case against the company.
And they know the worker can win the big lawsuit
Don’t go to hr, get a lawyer. Hr is just as bad as management. I’ve been reporting the hostile work environment and unethical discriminatory practices and have been on calls with hr and they literally sit there snapping at me about how I should be more grateful my managers say I do well and should be promoted. Ok awesome, so glad I get a gold star but continue to be taken advantage of, discriminated against, talked down to, and am severely underpaid compared to white males. I think we will see state more in the news for it’s unethical practices soon. They have a lawyer looking at this case now.
Forget HR. Lawyer up.
I have just been intimidated, threatened and yelled to be fired if I cannot complete my COVID vaccine immediately. But I was just being asked by the manager to prepare to go back to office a few days ago and have committed to complete vaccine as soon as possible. This is horrifying.
So many former employees suffer long term last effects of the treatment they received at STT. My new colleagues get a laugh at me frequently when they see a behavior I developed after 10 years of being managed by the worst. Get out.
From what I heard from colleagues who have been working for the company from more than 15 years, HR did not help them at all either with a new role in the company or with a severance package. I still feel bad for them they gave most of their career life to the company, so please don't count on HR!

Correct HR only gets involved when the employee has a good case against the company, which means big lawsuit.
SpeakUp is a joke. It’s HR, their role is to protect the company
Be ready to walk. Unethical company.
If you want to fight it, report any instances of intimidation and bullying anonymously on the SpeakUp website.
