I have never in my life worked for a more unprofessional and incompetent bunch of people than here. They keep making the wrong decisions, there is no accountability for bad results, morale is hitting an all-time low and nobody seems to care...and that's just the tip of the iceberg. With these people in charge, our decline is inevitable.

Take a look from the top down.
My own location was riddled with incompetent fools. Lots and lots of rumors on how people really got promoted. Guess I cannot speak much to the oldest profession.
I left and it was the best decision I've ever made.
That's the whole point.
There is zero incentive in the defense industry to be efficient, competent, or reliable. It's all designed to deliver wealth to executives and kick backs//more votes to congresspeople.
all employees at L3H deserve better leadership. those in charge now are shockingly incompetent. thats why i, and all the others who have left, got out. i work for a competitor/supplier to L3H now - trust me, its absolutely better on the other side. better management, pay, professionalism, etc. I used to be proud to say I worked at L3 (note: no "H"), now I downplay it. the company has become an embarrassment...
