Cafe has two different levels. Level I is the $11 and Level II is $15. So if they’re in the cafe vs if they’re in HMS.
Sounds like a bunch of member team leads that don’t do anything in this thread. MTLs are the leads that have the most associates under them, the ones that deal with the most members, under pressure for plus, credits and upgrades, do business office/recycler and their workday stuff. Depending on the list that could be even longer. Like jewelry for example.

Seriously? When cashiers were at 11, you were at 15. Now they're at 15 and you're at 18. Same diff.
The member specialist is suppose to be one step below you and one step above cashiers. You were there for the virtual meeting when the member specialist job first came about, weren't you? Maybe not.
Maintenance cafe and gas are still not at 15. Backroom only at 15. TMA techs are grossly underpaid. Be happy you have 18 and shut up
