I also used to be happy working at B of A until I got laid off. It has turned into a circus. They were never the leader - always the follower, and in most cases, dragging & lagging in technology and creativity in products. I got first hand to see what it's like and it was a total mess. At the time, they were still using AS400. Can you believe that? Old technology. Hopefully, by now they've upgraded to a new platform & got rid of those lazy old farts too.

Nope lazy old farts still there, they’re called Manageement. Haven’t seen any layoffs yet, haven’t heard about any layoffs yet. Maybe soon, who knows.
