Don't you find weird how much money Oracle is willing to spend to pay great people to leave the company? Other companies are making sure to keep their top talent no matter the price because they realize their worth, but not Oracle. I'm not sure if it's more sad or funny that that's our reality.

I've seen them lay off the wrong people. Sad, but as it's been said on here, a lot of the management is incompetent and they don't want the smarter people around who know more than them.
They want the suckups that are d-mb and say nice things to the management.
It's a sad place.
Oracle is a waste of your time. There are much better places to be.
At oracle, there is no place to growth but place to retire. Look at those VPs and SVPs, Why they got promoted? Because they are good at controlling the budget.
