Joined WD last year from Cisco. My director just showed me a 2.5% pay raise. Is this too low? With everything getting more expensive, including housing and food, shouldn't the pay raise be higher? What are other people getting?

I am not going back to office. Easier to work from home. No adjustment, no office.
Are you sure you got pay rise? I asked around and nobody got a thing. Maybe you are special
- 5% is virtually nothing and probably doesn’t make any meaningful difference in your life. They froze ACR for over a year with COVID and if you’re not happy with your pay I’d ask for more or find another place to work. Your salary will increase more by jumping businesses then waiting for Western Digital.
- 5% looks OK as you just joined WD. Here is not the place to mainly discuss such things (e.g. BLIND). People are/were struggling to get out of here or waiting for layoff info.
