Schwab HR is too d-mb to be that insidious. It was just a clueless bozo there paying no attention to tone or content. Which is par for the course with Schwab HR.

At the tone, the time will be.... 4:37pm and 20 seconds. Beeeeeeeeeeee.
I'm obviously not HR, as no tone deafness here. I can hear that "beeeeeeeeeee" just fine.
At tone the time will be, 10:11am and 30 seconds. Beeeeeeeeeeee.
Guessing cut was short for cutover. But yeah, HR at Schwab is pretty tone deaf. Not surprised.
