The beatings will continue until morale improves.
Me thinks morale will go lower when layoffs happen this quarter. Especially in Spring cuz the merger will have existing employees replaced with the new asset expertise. Have a great day!
So the question is how is SWN moral?. Gee look at the leadership.
Our morale is 10x higher then when we were voted top workplace by houston chronicle for year after year. It was great then. It is awesome 10x now!
The SWN food is really GOOD.. especially when it’s clean shaven..
