Reorg after reorg after reorg... Constantly some tumultuous, painful processes that do not bring any significant results. Were all these reorganizations a great way to unlock the value?
Unfortunately, it seems to me that they are not. Instead of helping the company keep up with the pace of change, it seems to me they are doing more harm than good?

It's all SPUDDLE.
Like the TD HW in the customer data center, it's consuming power, generating heat, but not adding value.

In the absence of ‘true’ strategy, true leadership and a meaningful agenda, why not just keep re-organising and lay people off each year to make the financials look good.
It is so painful to experience the thousand cuts….
It is horrifying to reflect - just look at the people who have left. CEO, CRO, CFO, Heads or Region.
Does it take a genius to figure out that something is fundamentally NOT right.
