It’s 5am my time. I woke up and thought of this site after yesterday having a customer call where there was absolutely no emotion left, I didn’t care what the customer said and acted like I was reading off a teleprompter cause I honestly have nothing left for this job or my dept. my question. What exactly does Oracle mgmt do besides hire and fire/layoff?

My manager and many in our GBU know they can’t go anywhere and make what they make. Mostly cause they’re completely incompetent or they’re total frauds.
Mgmt makes life unbearable if they don't like you so you can quit. Other than that, they are nothing but talk!
I do not work for Oracle support. I don’t know why that matters. My manager is one step away from a Walmart greeter. Support is horrible. Well the people who are trapped there.

I resigned a few months ago..on my last internal call...once I announced my leave-- I received immediate congrats" from 5 managers attending the call..2 VP..3 sales director level...I could tell they were all stuck for that pay check... nobody even pretended that best is yet to come.@#$%&.. So pathetic..
