Can someone share Legacy Dunkin Phase 2 target dates?
We must be getting very close.

Of course. None of this is easy. A lot of us have families to support. This is awful any way you look at it.
Many in many departments are nervous... and tired. And beyond the concern of losing our jobs, there's the concern of benefit adjustments. We'll have to wait until Oct to learn more of that I guess.
I hope so too but I don’t think they’re going to give up any information. As a field-based employee I’m very nervous.
Ugh. It's just dragging on and on.
Thank you for confirming.
I hope at least we'll get an inkling in the fall (for those of us who don't get notices) of what to expect going into 2022.
Yes. You are correct. I was taking notes during that inspire meeting and they said (and I quote) “ there will be more changes throughout 2021 and into 2022.” The finance group won’t be impacted until 2022, and the majority will be completed late Q3 into early Q4.
That is how I understood it as well.
I feel like in a couple of earlier Town halls, it was also insinuated that there's a possibility (aside from the recently announced delay for the finance team) there could be layoffs/changes in 2022 as well. I guess it's possible if they want to learn what they can from certain departments with no intention of keeping those folks into the future. So I can't help but feel there's no sigh of relief just because we made it through the fall. Just being realistic.
Hi, I don’t have any inside information to share but the meeting that took place in early May with the inspire folks, they mentioned the next phase will be early summer into fall and that folks would be getting a 60 day notice. They also mentioned that the package would be two weeks paid for each year of service.
