What level does a New Hire start on? Can’t find much info about the system on the intranet

So why doesn't our own CL appear in career connect?
Why would you ask this question on a layoff board? After the past 18 months why would you take a job as a new hire at XOM?
Oca CL 15-19 60-80k
MPT CL20 -22 80k -110k est.
FLS CL23-25 117 -140k
SLS CL25- 27 150-200k
DH CL27-30 200-300k with RSUs
All vary due to ranking YEE & division
in manufacturing the top to bottom is looked at as:
P,M,T,E,Staff Support
Ask your supervisor. They can see your CL in CareerConnect and can tell you. Most people in normal times quickly receive CL increase with big raises the first couple years. These are not normal times though.
As for salary there are different curves for each CL and assessment category. A lower CL with a higher rank may make more than a higher CL with a lower rank. Also depends on your YEE or years of experience.
In Canada, there was an EPDP program where they hire you at 20, move you to 22, and finally 24 within 3 to 5 years.
Divide your IQ by 8.

OCAs start at CL 17 and go to 19. MPTs are 20 and up

Actual pay by CL is closely guarded by HR and management
As far as actual CL for new hires go, if you are an MPT employee it can be anywhere from 20-24 depending on location, business unit, and degree type.
Depends upon your job role, education, and previous experience you could start between 18 and 24
HR is useless. They won't have the answer.
I am a new hire, where can I find information on how pay is associated with CL level?
Chemical engineers in downstream with a bachelor’s degree start at a CL23. I’ve heard industrial engineers start at CL22.
It depends... in my country campus hire is 22. I heard in some GBCs it's 20. Everyone overseas starts from a lower base than overlords in Houston
Controllers Undergrad: 21
Controllers MBA: 24
It depends. Typical US Engineering campus hire is a 23.
