I have never experienced a company that expects the training of newly hired and/or transferred employees to be done by already overworked employees. Unbelievable. And when you need help, you’re told to consult the online database because they don’t have time.
Allstate….invest some funds into training your employees! Oh wait, your moving it all to India so why would you?

Yep, I got firsthand experience of the lack of training when I started here 4 years ago . They refer you to the knowledge library to figure out how to settle total losses state by state and also how to resolve coverage issues depending on the multiple states you’re handling claims in. You get used to figuring it out on your own . Lots of my coworkers have quit because they can’t adapt to the long hours and no support from managers
Another example of how they don’t care. They don’t want to spend money on caring about their American employees growth and opportunities….fend for yourself peeps. You’re on your own. No babysitting your bu-t. Need answers? spend an hour researching it and then if you’re wrong…oh well. You’re not bringing it up in huddles. You’re not a team player. You can’t win with this company. You are just here to help with the transition to Transformative Growth overseas. Don’t forget to go to the virtual pride parade. You have so much free time you only work 12 hours a day. Your hourly rate is enough. You can train yourself from 8-10PM. Take a bunch of data classes too. You have time. Yeah right thanks leaders. The new hires are in for a very ride awakening. In 6 months 1/2 of them will have quit! This place sucks.
