If I had routinely read these posts when I was a new hire, I might have had a shot at realizing that so much of the ranking system is political. I might have understood that there are employees who sabotage and lie. I might have understood how the tracking system works, and I might have found a current high potential to sponsor. I might have understood that staying at once plant was career su----e. I might have done something when I saw others promoted. I would have played the game instead of being a nice guy...
But you know I actually wouldn't. I still think blaming others doesn't solve problems.
I still think new managers every one to two is ridiculous.
